Ex Parte: Official Weblog of Harvard Federalist Society
Symposium: Keynote

The keynote will feature Judge David B. Sentelle of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals.

Blogging will probably be light, as I don't expect many people to have their laptops at the banquet!
Eric (mail):
Judge Sentelle's book, Judge Dave and the Rainbow People, is available at Amazon.com for $8.50.

Perfect if you want more details about the ex-hippies and their encounter with "Judge Dave," or if the Law Review has taken away your ability to understand accents and you wanted to know why the rest of us were laughing throughout his remarks.

Google "Rainbow People," and among the links, you get this -- makes you wonder about the Egyptians' tolerance for hippie behavior.

Eric (mail):
Finally, here's the Unofficial Rainbow Homepage. They don't appear to have a blog, though.

Also (warning: not work-safe) -, here is a collection of photos from a past Rainbow gathering.

Dan Alban:
Can we change the color of links? Black on white is hard to read and looks ugly. I'm not really sure what would be better, but we can probably experiment for awhile. What would the rainbow people do?

Dan Alban:
Here is Judge Dave's consent judgment.

An acquaintance of mine wrote a brief review of Judge Sentelle's book.
